The good, the bad, and the ugly…

The good: Neighborhood Fiber Co. will be attending The National NeedleArts Association Market in Columbus, OH and the The Knitters Connection in Columbus, OH in June! The Knitters Connection is a new market (much like Stitches) with vendors, classes, and some great authors. There’s even a live Lime and Violet podcast on Wednesday, June 6. If you’re in the Columbus area or in the mood for a road trip, you should come out. I’ll be in Booth 23 from June 7-9 with lots of new yarns and colors, including laceweight silk, a sumptious silk/wool blend, and LOTS of roving!

The bad: Because of the two shows and a recent flux of orders, I’m going to have to take the shopping cart down on Saturday until June 15. Look for lots of new stuff up on the site after June 15. So, if you want anything from me before then, get your orders in before Saturday, May 5. If you’re absolutely desperate for something, shoot me an email (karida@neighborhoodfiberco.com) or fill out the contact form. We’ll work something out!

The ugly: Nothing ugly over here. I just couldn’t go without the cliche!

  1. Way to go, Karida! I heard about your yarn on the Lime ‘n’ Violet podcast.

  2. Thanks for the plug for Knitters Connection… we’ve been mentioned from New England to Australia and points inbetween. Hope to see a lot of your readers there… and can’t wait to see your yarn!

  3. Karida, I had a great time meeting you at Knitters Connection! It was such fun to talk and to fondle all the yarns in person. :-)
